  We used Botten's Rentals for our wedding at Champoeg State Park and they did a great job. We rented chairs, drink dispensers, a PA system with mic, their mini luxury restroom, and other odds & ends. We probably could have gotten away with the state park restrooms, but wanted something closer to the pavilion and are glad we did. Our guests really enjoyed the bathroom. We weren't sure because the catalog pictures didn't have much detail, but they're a standard white inside with a sink, mirror, etc. Very clean and perfect for a small wedding/event. Would rent from them again! Thank you!

  I rented the white wedding arch when I got it home. It was covered in dust, and very dirty. I had to clean the whole thing before I could even use it. I also noticed a crack on the top of it. when I brought it back and I showed the lady the pictures she didn’t seem to care she said oh I’m sorry and that was it. Very poor customer service. I return the art even better than I received it. You think she would’ve at least offered A little compensation , I was very disappointed in the customer service.

  Botten's is terrific to work with! They are very accommodating for all of our large event and party needs. They deliver and pick-up on time - very reliable. We have had to make changes to our order and they are always friendly and accommodating. All items have always been in great condition too.

  Botten's is the best! Their inventory is well maintained, the sales reps are helpful, and the owners care about their customers! I always use Botten's for all of my rental needs.
