  ¿Borraron mi reseña? Ya yo había dejado una y la desaparecieron. Este sitio es un desastre, todo sucio y con un personal bien maleducado. Me dijeron que llamara para hablar del tema y ni pendiente, pasaron días y nadie dio la cara. La gente de verdad debería buscar dónde vivir mejor.

  I am impressed about the terrible attention that exists in Botanics. I went to the offices because there was a lost package in my name, and I was attended by Miss Lana, who never solves anything, in pas well as having a terrible attitude to attend to you and it is like an ornament, it is there but it does not work !!. I was attended by Manager Taylor who with the best disposition and attitude solved my problem in less than two minutes. I have had to go to Botanics several times to come across the ironic giggles and the terrible attention and attitude of Miss Lana. How unfortunate!! The truth is, who has always solved has been Taylor.

  I love living here, the amenities are really nice and the apartment looks just like the pictures. What really sold me was the staff, they go above and beyond to make sure I feel included in a community and are really just nice people. 10/10 recommend working with Lana she is hilarious and made the whole thing quite an *experience* that was worthy of a tip

  I’m not normally one to leave a review, but this place is has to got to be the worst I’ve stayed at in the 6+ apartments I’ve leased with. For a branding of “luxury”, the construction has caused a water leak in the ceiling (with the damage never being repaired) and ants to infest the walls. Maybe the latter would have been preventable if they ever set up pest control when I reached out weeks ago like they said to do, but considering it took them a month and a half to fix the water dispener on the fridge because it was deemed “low priorty”, I didn’t have my hopes up. I should have known what I was in for when the A/C had to be fixed twice within first 2 or 3 months of moving in. They’ll send out 15 notifications about the pool or events in one day but go radio silent when a fire truck has to show up because a building’s fire alarm is going off, leaving any attendants that aren’t there to experience it completely unaware of the possibly emergency.

  Terrible complex from the day we moved in to the day we moved out. Management and maintenance were completely useless. We had a broken microwave for almost two months. I reached out to management to see if we could be compensated for the wait. They said no but we value your feedback. They don’t even value their residents. Don’t ignore the bad reviews. This is a terrible complex to live at.
