  I purchased my ski boots from Boston Ski and Tennis a number of years ago, with changes in my feet, I’m back for a refitting to improve the comfort. I am very impressed with the time, care and experience I had with Ben today. He really listened to my comfort / pain challenges, went over my boots, custom foot bed and the fitting in detail. He came up with recommendations that align with exactly what I feel I need! He gave me confidence that the boots you recommended and sold me a few years ago were the right choice and he could work them into being comfortable again. He is incredibly nice, very knowledgeable and again I’m impressed and highly recommend your team for ski or boot fitting. Thank you so much for being in this area and having this expertise available. Making the online appointment was easy and convenient. I am also thrilled with the cost to refit and will certainly spread the word to my skiing friends and come back for more products and services.   Service was top notch. Sales team helped with getting my skis from the back & offered to carry them out. I declined as I was able to manage myself but the fact they offered was very much appreciated.
