  I’ve bought lots of power tools and small equipment from Boston Lawnmower for my landscaping business and have been happy until now, I recently brought a push mower that was purchased a few months ago in for warranty and they denied to repair it claiming it had been run over by something, it absolutely has not the entire front end is plastic and would’ve been destroyed. They quoted me more than half the price of the mower to repair it. I’ll be taking my business to another mower shop which is unfortunate as the parts and sales staff are great but don’t trust the service department to stand by the products they sell.

  I was driving on Chandler Street in Worcester, MA, in the left lane, when I saw a truck from Boston Lawnmower make an extremely dangerous move. Without signaling, the driver intentionally swerved into the right lane, nearly hitting another car that was driving properly. That section of the road is very narrow, with parked vehicles on the right side, which made the maneuver even more reckless and unsafe. Fortunately, no collision occurred, but the driver’s behavior showed a lack of responsibility and disregard for traffic safety. This kind of conduct endangers everyone and should

  I’m sharing this to bring awareness about a dangerous driving maneuver I witnessed from one of the company’s trucks (license plate W73-171) on Chandler Street in Worcester, right in front of Caribbean Vybz restaurant. The driver was in the left-turn-only lane but suddenly went straight ahead, cutting in front of my car and another vehicle. There was no accident, but it was a reckless and unsafe action that could have caused one — especially because I was in a smaller car and could have been seriously hurt. I hope the company reviews this incident and reminds their drivers to follow traffic rules to keep everyone safe on the road. I have video too
