  Such a pleasant experience! Joe was our technician, was very knowledgeable of the issue that I was facing with our range and was able to show me what the issue was and what the resolution was going to be. He was friendly, efficient, and patient with me as I asked questions to understand what was going on. Would recommend to anyone looking for appliance repair.

  Small business (6 employees last time I talked to Joe) that has been located in Manchester 25+ years. There are at the time of this post about 160 google reviews with a low 3.0 overall rating. I dont think they would have lasted if they were not performing better than a 3.0. In a given week im sure they visit at least 100 homes and business's. Its unfortunate that the majority of people just want there stuff fixed and be done with it, never to be talked about again but when things go wrong (and they inevitably do when your in 100+ homes a week) people are quick to post. Of course thats there right and im sure there are legit beefs. However we only get one side of events. My experiences and my moms have always been great when dealing with the Boston Joes crew. The last tech who came out for my dryer, Tony was great at explaing what was going on and how to remedy. Things do pop up but they always stand behind there work and there word.
