  Amazing food, friendly people, and real Mexican flavor! Bordertown Mexican Grill in Bellingham totally blew me away! The tacos were packed with flavor, the birria was rich and tender, and everything tasted super fresh. Portions are big, prices are fair, and the staff make you feel right at home. It’s a laid back spot with great energy perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner. Easily one of the best Mexican places in town.

  I like to judge food on a price to joy ratio and this place excels; cheap and much joy. The partner and I usually order anything with the brisket (it makes an appearance on the breakfast menu, and I'm not mad about it), and the shrimp tacos. My only complaint is the terrible inspirational decor, and bible verses, but whatever, tacos first.

  So beyond glad that Bordertown came to Bellingham! I feel like they bring such a phenomenal take on the dishes they serve and everything, from their meat forward to vegetarian dishes, are so, so delicious. Great flavors, incredibly friendly staff, great prices and quality and the perfect addition to the lineup of local businesses on N State Street. Can’t wait to go back!   New addition to town and had the bold statement “best Mexican food in Bellingham” well I know taste is subjective but I disagree. I got the burrito, it was slightly above decent but by no means the best Bellingham has to offer. Might come back to try other dishes but as for now the burrito was alright.
