I provided the make, model, serial number and year of purchase of the appliance at the time of my call and specifically asked if they could get/replace the door and/or parts because it would not remain open. I was told "sure, no problem!" Came out, took one look and said the oven was too old to repair and that I should replace it, then charged me $80 for driving out to tell me what he knew when he talked to me on the phone. Never again!
