  The service group get's the Star, The sales head is so arrogant I just cringe every time I have to talk to him. He never, ever gives a call back when he says he will and has the attitude that customers are a nuisance.

  Avoid Bedford Boone tractor. Waiting for their parts department for two hours. No call back once. Constant hold. Time to re-hire or additional hires

  Purchased BR 800 magnum blower, FC111 edger, and MS 291 chainsaw from Mark, over at Boone tractor! Never had a problem and this man knows his equipment! Definitely repeat customer and advise anyone with questions to see him!
