  The worst Casino I have ever been to, seriously. We weren’t welcomed when my husband and I walked in. We asked the security guards a question and they did not even answer us. Even when we asked AGAIN. The customer service representative was rude too. Terrible customer service from everyone in this casino. Every single person that worked on this particular shift was grumpy and rude.

  Had a great experience at Boyou Market Express due to the professional and upbeat personality of Ms Brittany and Ms Giselle! They were patient and kind ! Their customer service deserves an award! Horrible experience with casino floor waitress names Brianna. I and my husband was playing the slots and ordered 2 beers, My husband only had one dollar left to tip and I had money on the machine; Brianna gave him a beer and took mine back even though I was gaming and was going to tip her next round when I took out my ticket I always tip and thought it was optional; she was rude about it and if I spend my money I should be able to obtain complimentary drinks as long as I am gaming which I had over 200 on my machine in a bonus.

  I checked in at this casino on 10-10- 2025 through 10-11-2025 and the lady who clean room 310 the Spanish lady stole my watch that’s cold blooded , I’m telling you all don’t never leave anything behind or it will be gone !

  Had good service from the bartender working on the third floor bar, enjoyed playing the games, and won some money! We like the boomtown casinos, and travel to the Biloxi boomtown as well and also had a great experience!

  It's a shame no matter how many days n nights you stay here you can't get your room clean Ask about cleaning my room I was told rooms not cleaned when there are occupied so if you not up to cleaning your own room dont come to boomtown hotel The folks at the front desk are really friendly
