    I'm visiting Biloxi on an MGM Charter, staying at the Beautiful Beau Rivage. I took "The Hopper" trolley 🚎 to IP Casino. Had a lovely breakfast at Bayside Cafe. I had about 20 minutes before the hopper returned so i decided to walk over to Boomtown and check it out. When i walked in the door the security guard did not say hello, good morning, or anything pleasant only "what do we have here?!!" in a very condescending tone. I had an English muffin and a sausage patty in a to-go container which was in a plastic bag on my wrist. I said oh it's just my doggie bag. Again, in a condescending tone he said "from where?" I said IP. He said "we don't allow food inside the casino". The ironic thing is if he had been even remotely polite i would have likely thrown the muffin away and still went inside to play. But because he was beyond a jerk, I thought why would i want to support this place. I didn't get inside, but from the outside it looks like a dump anyway compared to all the nicer and more friendly casinos in Biloxi. I give almost every review a 5 star but i would give Boomtown a zero if i could. My advice, just skip this unfriendly dump!

    Some of the staff need to be replaced lady cooking steak cussing saying she’s tired of this shit. The lady doing crab legs was either very rude or didn’t speak English we were overly nice saying please and thank you but she never acknowledged us even when we asked if she spoke English. Food was not good maybe a 4 out of 5. Since I only had to pay for part of one buffet I didn’t complain but if I would have paid full price I would have gotten a refund. Our waitress was great though

    The crab leg buffet is why I went to Boomtown and it surpassed my expectations! Not only were the crab legs cooked to perfection and tasted delicious, all the other items were just as delicious. There was a huge variety of food, to include whole fried catfish! Pizza, pasta, steak, salad bar, asian station and huge dessert bar, my stomach was satisfied. The dining room was bright and clean and esthetically pleasing. The only thing better than the buffet is the service. Even for a busy night, my waitress Holly was in good spirits and her busser Paul was so attentive. He made sure to get me what I needed to crack the crab and he had a friendly demeanor. Be sure to ask him what his favorite three words mean: "wall eye knee" By far better than the other crab buffets on the coast, I'll be sure to visit everytime I'm in town, Boomtown that is!

    ⭐ 1-Star Review — Unacceptable Service Experience at Boomtown Casino I placed my food order at 6:17 PM (as shown on my receipt). By 7:10 PM, I was still waiting — over 50 minutes later, with no food and no explanation. I personally checked with other guests nearby, and several people who ordered after me (6:37 PM and 6:40 PM) received their meals before I did. When I asked for a manager, the staff pointed toward the kitchen, but no one came out to address the issue. I wasn’t asking for free food or special treatment — just basic respect and communication. Waiting this long without acknowledgment is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It’s not just about the food — it’s about accountability and courtesy. Every customer deserves at least a simple update if there’s a delay. Ignoring customers and avoiding responsibility reflects poorly on management and the establishment as a whole. Boomtown Casino needs to train staff on customer service and accountability, especially when guests are paying for food and waiting an hour without a word.

    Definitely not happy after being a regular at this casino and I was receiving 25.00 free play on Friday and 25.00 Freeplay on Mondays then on the penn e play app it literally showed me receiving 25.00 on Friday and 25.00 on Mondays in October and I login last week and all of my freeplay disappeared that to me is ten casino cheating their regular customer out of Freeplay especially when we are loyal to them and the losses I have had they have the nerve to say it's based on 3 months of play well in that case I definitely earned more than 25.00 on Friday and 25 on Mondays. I emailed several individuals including my host and received absolutely no answer to date as to what happened to my freeplay. Shoot they should act in good faith and give me 200 One time free play for all of my losses and time and just for being loyal to them crying 😭😭😭 im sure you all know who I am?
