- CWcleary waldrenJun 12, 20241.0Visited the store and was looking around. Was directed to a shirt I liked on the rack, tried it on, fit well and wanted to purchase it. So far this makes sense and seems normal. The sales associate then had to inform me that they couldn't sell me that shirt because they had no more in its size. She informed me that it was her stores policy to not sell the last shirt of its size. She then put it back on the rack so other unsuspecting shoppers could try it on, like it, and not purchase it. Puzzled, I asked, if you have mediums in that shirt, why not sell the last size you have, and put a medium on the rack, so people could try on a size they could actually sell. She apologized and told me she was not allowed to do that. I did remark that this seemed like a silly policy and didn't make sense. The sales associate then got rude. An exercise in frustration and a solid waste of time and energy. Not worth visiting this little store that apparently likes to recommend clothing for you to try on that they only intent to tell you they cant sell you. Just stupid!

After a single wear, the top button of the shirt came off in the dryer and the back pocket button of the khakis is coming undone as well. Really disappointing because everything looks, feels and fits great. I understand replacing a button is a simple matter, but if they are cutting corners on something so simple, I worry about the quality of the stitching and weaving as well. Thankfully they have a good return policy.
