I placed a large order before an international trip and the package went missing; the manager (Theo) was very helpful in getting a second order shipped directly to the store in time for my trip. (Thankfully it turned out the package had gone to a neighbor and I ultimately got the first one without needing to pick up the duplicate). So not only do I love the clothes, but the purchasing process and support couldn't be easier.

Super friendly and easygoing, even holding good conversation and remembering details throughout the fitting. Definitely recommend working with Cole when possible!
