  I had a great experience at bonobos in the KOP mall. If you go ask for Joe, not that their other sales people aren’t great too(shout out to Damon he was great too) but believe me joe is the store manager and he is the real deal. Let him do his thing, he will get you in the perfect fitting pants/jacket/dress shirt. He is very knowledgeable and helpful, but at the same time not pushy at all. I will definitely be back.

  This guide store is staffed with extremely kind and respectful employees. I was offered a water while I waited and the employees asked how I was, with a genuine feel behind the question. The store has a very clean and sleek feel to it, similar to an Apple Store. The lead guide, Cory, was especially helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a positive one. I had called earlier in the week to ensure I would be able to return items from 2 separate orders earlier in the week. Even though I had past the return window on one of the items, I was still refunded the money I had paid for the item. I would highly recommend stopping by the KOP store, and almost guarantee a positive experience.
