He was a true professional, and his customer service was amazing. I ended up going back and had to purchase some more pants as I loved the fit. Thanks Joe

When we did, the salesperson was distracted by the store dog (I am a dog lover but I was there to shop for clothing). Finally ordered $300 worth of clothing. The clothing is delivered but we never received anything. Checked our credit card, no charge. Called the store and the order was never placed. Not surprised since we could never get anyone's full attention for more than 10 seconds. Not a good reflection on Bonobos.
