Example- how they will fare in the summer with all the moisture and how to appropriately wash them. He was very knowledgable and welcoming. This is my first time buying from the brand and will definitely be back for more items.

He was not interested in helping us even though we expressed a genuine interest in purchasing one of their sweaters. I didn't catch this man's name, but he ensured that we will not be purchasing from Bonobos again. For reference, he was a tall, middle aged gay man who was working on 4/12/2025 with a horrible attitude and an even more atrocious haircut....
