  Weeks ago I ordered a pair of jeans from Bonobos I absolutely adored. Sadly, due to the seasonal nature of jeans (tis summer), Bonobos didn't have my precise fit --oh well. Lexi D asked if I wanted to be put on a list so she could notify me if my fit became available. Sure enough, weeks later, she sent me an email... my fit was available! # WINNING. I was taken a back by the professional nature and top tier quality of service provided by Lexi and the Bonobos team. Great work y'all and looking forward to my jeans!

  Lexi Derman helped me all virtually to get my Dad a suit for my Wedding day. He is out of state and she made sure I got the suit I wanted before it was gone from their summer collection, and helped me get an extra 20% off since I was buying online. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Definitely will be shopping from here again.

  I had a wonderful experience at this location with Mark! Mark went above and beyond to pull styles and sizes to help me find the best fit for each style of product Bonobos sells, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Thanks to Mark's expert knowledge of product and fit, and the plethora of size options that allow customers to find a personalized tailor fit, I'll be making Bonobos one of my few go-to retailers!

  TL;DR: I was helped by two incredible associates who helped me find the perfect size for a suit and shirt I bought. Emily and Mia were a dream to work with. They made the process easy, hassle free, and even fun. I will definitely be going back, 10/10 would recommend. I went to Bonobos looking to try on a suit I had found online. Initially, I was a little nervous about the process as it seemed daunting and I wanted to make sure I got the right suit for a wedding I will be attending. I was greeted by the entire store in a friendly but not overwhelming way, which immediately set the tone for what would become one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I was helped by two incredible associates, Emily and Mia, who quickly and accurately got my measurements. Within a matter of minutes, I had a perfectly fitted suit (minus the necessary tailoring) and was shocked at both how well everything fit, as well as how little hassle there was. I needed a shirt for the ensemble as well and Emily took my measurements to help me find something. Unsurprisingly, she ended up finding the perfect fit almost instantly. Emily has impeccable style and suggested many great ideas for what would look good with the suit I was purchasing; however, after listening to my specific needs (e.g. being the date of the Maid of Honor in a wedding and needing to match her color palette) we decided on just the one shirt as they did not have something that met all the criteria for the color palette. I only mention this to emphasize that not once in this entire sales experience did I feel pushed to buy something I did not want to. I felt genuinely heard and like both Emily and Mia wanted to help make sure I was happy with what I was purchasing. Mia was very helpful in both assisting in taking my measurements, helping me find better sizes, as well as helping me with the check-out process. From start to finish Mia helped make sure that this journey was quick and hassle-free. After making my purchase, I asked about tailoring and the rest of the staff had a card at the ready of a tailor in the area that does quality work for a decent price. On my way out, Emily, Mia, and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and personable, concluding a lovely retail experience. Everyone at this location helped create a wonderful and stress-free environment, but this dream-team of Bonobos associates, Emily and Mia, made this process so easy and memorable that I will definitely be going back. 10/10 would recommend!
