    I have never endured a worse shopping experience in my life. The salesperson I encountered was not only aggressively pushy, but also astonishingly unprofessional. He had the audacity to belittle the contents of my wardrobe, claiming that he knows individuals who own 40 suits—as if that irrelevant flex somehow justified his condescension. When I asked for specific recommendations aligned with my preferences, he blatantly ignored my requests and continued to push items I had already declined. His inability to listen, coupled with his arrogant attitude, made the entire interaction insufferable. To make matters worse, when I mentioned I would be exploring other options and might return later, he cynically questioned my sincerity, asking, “Are you actually going to come back, or are you just saying that?”—a comment so unprofessional and disrespectful it left me stunned. This individual has no business representing any brand, let alone engaging with customers. His behavior was dismissive, rude, and entirely out of line. Frankly, he should be immediately removed from any customer-facing role. Allowing someone like this to represent your store damages not just the customer experience, but the integrity of your business.

    Not until after I had expressed what I was looking for, picked a style, chose a size, tried it on and was told the colors I liked were in stock in my size and started the checkout process did the sales guy tell me that the items would be shipped in 2 to 4 business days and arrive 3-5 business days after that. This store does not stock anything to sell to you on the spot, it’s just a dressing room for their on-line business. That’s cool. Just tell me that when I walk in so I don’t spend 15 minutes shopping for something I want to wear tomorrow. Nice goods. Poor customer experience..
