I have an aging, hard to fit shape and shopping for clothing that fits well and looks good is more often frustrating than successful. Here the showroom displays all the styles and colors with every size available to try on. They don’t sell the store’s stock so they never sell out of any style or size you wish to try. Instead what you purchase is sent to your home within 4 days. Any returns or exchanges are just brought to the store. All of the styles have multiple size options, including short sizes and multiple build cuts. The associate I worked with, Molly, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and patient, helping me to find the perfect fit for this difficult body. My clothing arrived in 4 days. Very happy with the experience and results, and definitely a repeat customer.

Many still , particularly prefer , a knowledgeable employee that will answer any questions before ordering. I know stylish men who have placed orders , not knowing really what they were going to get. Once your size , fit , and goals are clear however; they have great t-shirts in the softest fabrics, variety of great colors and patterns. Their pieces are definitely high quality. Their process to retaining customers will depend on their consult ability to cater to the shopper. This is a mixed bag. Thankful for their new age shopping experience and chic, quality menswear.
