- BMBrian MurphyJul 27, 20255.0this place was actually recommended by another clothier at the mall in roseville--we're vegan so finding a cotton suit was essential... we called, they were happy to assist... upon arriving, Bob gave what i can only describe as "the epitome of customer service" we fit... we found... we tried different styles, we managed a timeline (wedding in NYC) and saved us money as well, but... THEY HAD COTTON and Bob got us exactly what we needed... so i thank him... great work kudos...

The customer service was outstanding. Kami helped me out and made the entire visit feel genuinely personalized. I expected a quick greeting and maybe a mention of a few deals, but instead, she offered thoughtful suggestions, let me try on several outfits, and gave honest, helpful feedback with each one. It felt like an actual interaction, not just a sales pitch. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
- DBDavid ButtsJun 15, 20255.0So I forget my pants size, shoe size, & shirt size, that’s why everyday I thank God for sending my Tam, the love of my life, in my life. But yesterday at Bonobos, Bob, gave my lady a break! I was so impressed with his willingness to help, his ideas to try different styles & patterns, but more importantly-his patience. We literally probably took up an hour & a half trying to find a shirt and pair of pants….(a lot of that is because my lady and I differ on fashion-she tells me I have none). I tried different sizes, added & then subtracted, asked about prices, was all over the place and the whole time Bob was right by my side. He wouldn’t even let me re-fold some items back-I finally got it after the 3rd item I tried to fold came with a look like, “dude, really, for tha 3rd time, that’s my job, now do you want tha “V” neck or button?” LMAO He talked to us about the history of the owner, the meaning of the name of the store, history of his branch, overall, just a cool ass helpful dude. I’m definitely going back!! In closing I just wanna say, thank you Bob-u were awesome Dave

On the one hand there was a very nice lady who helped me get exactly what I wanted, and she was great, but upon picking up said clothes I experienced the most rude and condescending person I think I have ever met. I wish I got that person's name but I see they still work there.
