  We just sold our house and needed some quick repair work on our roof and chimney before our closing date. Bone Dry was quick to send Josh and Rick over for estimates, and they were able to give us quotes before leaving that day. They were very professional, courteous, and willing to work with us on pricing and work timelines. The day of the chimney work, our house key walked off after the workmen left, and Rick raced over to help look for it. When we couldn't find it, he got approval to send a locksmith over to re-key our entire house within the hour. This just blew us away since the key could have been taken by a random person walking by, no fault of Bone Dry's. Rick was determined to make it right, and to make sure our family felt safe and secure. It's obvious that customer service is a top priority with this company, they not only treat you like their number one customer, they treat you like family.
