Unfortunately, as I saw many comments saying "it is all money oriented", it is true - this place is money oriented and nothing else. Prices are also a bit higher than anywhere else I had been so far.

The veterinarian was very kind and professional, but the front desk and billing process were extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I was initially charged the wrong amount, and when I tried to clarify it, they insisted they hadn’t received any payment from me, even though I could see the transaction right on my bank statement.
The way the conversation went made me feel like they were implying I was trying to pull something or scam them, which was uncomfortable and honestly insulting. After going back and forth with them for several minutes, I ended up waiting around 40 minutes just to pay the difference on a charge they had already processed.
I wasn’t even planning on leaving a review until I later discovered they charged my account again for the same visit. The vet herself was very nice, but the billing and front desk staff made the whole experience unnecessarily stressful. I’d recommend double checking your receipts and bank statements if you choose to go here.

We had a great experience bringing our cat to Bond Vet in Watertown. We adopted our cat recently so we wanted to get him checked out and follow up on a few things the shelter notified us about. Dr. Steinbock was very kind and was great with our cat. She was also determined to help us. Not only was Dr. Steinbock great, but everyone else at Bond Vet was extremely kind and created a safe environment for our cat. I have never seen a cat so relaxed at the vet!!

Great care, very easy to set up and get to the appointment. The doctor and assistant were helpful, asked plenty of questions to make sure my dog had the best treatment plan. Waiting room is bright and spacious for nervous dogs, too!

I take my new cat here, he’s very calm and the staff are super friendly!! Very welcoming environment, and service is quick and efficient with minimal exposure to other pets, if at all, which keeps my animal very calm!!
