Bond Vet — Upper West Side at 91st Street is a primary and urgent care vet clinic for the dogs and cats of the UWS. Our modern and friendly clinic is at the corner of 91st and Broadway, open every day with convenient hours. Bond Vet pioneered the concept of urgent care for pets when we started in 2019, offering same-day medical care for timely symptoms like wounds, rashes, diarrhea, coughing, eye and ear issues, limping and any other non-life-threatening symptom and “uh-oh moment” that could worsen with time. That said, our compassionate and thorough team is also highly qualified to be your primary care vet for wellness exams and vaccinations, having come from a broad background of training that spans GP, emergency medicine, surgery and more. Our mission in starting Bond Vet was to bring veterinary medicine into the modern world, and it’s our priority to make great vet care easy and convenient, whether you desire an appointment after work, on weekends or during your lunch break. Our highly trained and collaborative veterinary team handles a wide range of cases, ranging from primary care (wellness visits, vaccinations, spay/neuter, dental cleaning, mass removal) and urgent care to more unique cases, like specialty orthopedic surgeries, cryptorchid neuters, and conjunctivitis. In short, Bond Vet is here to be your one-stop-shop vet. At Bond, you can book several ways — book online, call, or walk in, and we’ll typically be able to see your pet same-day or next-day. Once you’re here, you and your pet will feel comfortable in our friendly and welcoming clinic, thanks to natural light, comfortable furniture, complimentary treats, toys, books and hydration stations. Also, we know price matters — we’re upfront about care costs, offering options and pricing for diagnostics and next steps, and we won’t pressure or guilt you into more than you’re comfortable doing (and we’ll save you time by helping you file pet insurance claims). Bond Vet is a new kind of veterinary experience that’s better for pets and their people, and we look forward to meeting and treating your little one. Come by for primary or urgent care at Bond Vet - UWS at 91st St, at Broadway. Book online, call us or walk in. bondvet.com

I’m not going to lie, Bond is a bit pricey. With that being said, I continue to go there because the care they put into each visit is unmatched. I have an old senior cat who has a few health complications, but they always ensure that they handle him with care, gentleness, and compassion. I have only had positive experiences at Bond. They sit down with you and lay out every single charge, why, and what you want to edit in terms of what services they will perform BEFORE performing them, which gives clarity always. Thank you Bond for caring for my little man. He means the world to me, and I know hes always in good hands.

100% recommend. Everyone was caring and patient. We have a level 5 fear anxiety and stress cat and we have to give her sedatives before going in. Despite the medication, she was uncooperative the first time we visited. So we had to reschedule and Bondvet accommodated our situation. We were given a second appointment the next day. Because of her fear level, the checkup and vaccination was conducted in a separate room. We were given information and tips, and we were told the pricing for vaccines and exams etc., before we agree to them. Very good experience.

My husband and I took our three cats for their annual wellness exam at Bond vet on 8/5/2025. The appointment went well, and we told the vet that we were potentially interested in getting pet insurance. She gave us some recommendations and told us that they would be able to provide the insurance with our cats’ medical records with results from our wellness exam that day. So I went ahead and signed up for pet insurance. Yesterday, the pet insurance company sent emails to Bond Vet 91st Street requesting for each of my cats’ medical records. I was copied on the emails and was surprised to see Bond Vet responding that they do not have any of our pets on file in their system. I thought it was a mistake, so I logged into my account and took a screenshot of the names of my cats that were very clearly listed on my profile, as well as their discharge summary. Even with that, no apologies or corrections were made. They simply continued to reply with rude one line responses stating that my cats are not listed in their system. How do you have the audacity to deny that my cats are Bond vet patients and refuse to send our pet insurance company our cat’s medical records when I have receipts, payment invoice, discharge summaries and screenshots showing that my cats are clearly listed on my profile when I log on to my account on your website. This is ludicrous and I never want to deal with your rude staff or your overpriced and incompetence services ever again.

Can’t say enough good things. — MOST IMPORTANTLY, my dog who is usually medium-to-quite agitated and vocal at any and all vets’, was almost completely calm the entire time. !!!!!!! He only mildly whimpered for a few seconds, and only at the very end of the exam. This NEVER happens. I put this down to the excellent demeanor of Dr MacIntyre and Claire. — Clearly short staffed and so busy, but took all the time in the world with my fretful millions of questions (including many that had nothing to do with the reason I came in). — Completely transparent and patient about explaining pricing and options in detail. — Had availability on short notice, on a Sunday. A million thanks to Dr MacIntyre and Claire !!

Private equity veterinary care at its finest. Just want to leave a note on how much I appreciate being backed into a corner to pay $3.50 per pill for a medication that costs .60 per pill. I was in desperate need of medication for my dog because Fed Ex lost a package and you took advantage of me in my desperation. Be warned that care for your pet is secondary to profits.
