- RFR FSep 12, 20251.0Bond Vet recently texted me about scheduling an appointment for my dead cat. This was very upsetting, heartbreaking, and unprofessional. To make it worse they followed up with a text acknowledging the mistake and directed me to their Virtual Assistant who is now following up with me about scheduling the appointment. I do not recommend Bond Vet as they do not know what is going on within their own company.

Her attitude made an already stressful situation worse. The nurse was great, but unfortunately that wasn’t enough to make up for the poor experience. I paid for the appointment and left, and I won’t be returning.
