We had a great experience having my dogs eye condition evaluated. We felt cared for, and all of our questions were answered.

My dog had an ear infection and the team treated him with such great care. They got us in quickly, provided excellent service, and made the whole experience stress free. I truly appreciate how well they looked after him and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care.

I made an appointment today and I left feeling very knowledgeable about my kitten. The staff were very informative and nice. I will definitely be coming back for his future visits.

The hours posted on the Google profile are wrong. Wasted my time coming all the way down here. They offer text services, so I'll update once I get a response.

Definitely stay away….Unfortunately had a disappointing experience—the vet and tech in the room weren’t even holding my 5lb puppy while she was standing on the raised table and she almost fell off. The information the vet gave was a rundown from every minor possibility to every extreme possibility and thus why her recommendations involved putting my puppy thru every test available which would’ve cost over $1500….the fear I walked away with was substantial just based on stool issues. When I told them I was only going to opt for the fecal test initially the vibe was weird and the tech was not only silent but just rude. I had no idea where to go pay and was just waiting in the waiting room to be called back again. The next day I was informed the stool sample was too small even though were were told it was fine. So I had to rush back with a second sample and I waited two days as I hadn’t been contacted about this samples results—now 4 days after the initial sample was given. Over the phone I was told they HAD the results despite no one reaching bc out. I spent many days worried about my pup and had to reach back out just to be told she was fine and the results came back negative. I don’t know if the treatment me and my pup were given was due to the fact we received the “free exam” for new patients and I only opted for the fecal test not the $1500+ “recommended” approach—but either way I’d strongly recommend not putting yourself and your dog in a position dealing with this office. It’s poorly run and it sounded like they were just trying to get as much money out of me with poor follow up. The free treats and swag in the front don’t make up for any of it.
