  Dr. Madsen and her team were so caring and thorough when I brought my (very difficult) cat in. They went above and beyond to treat her and communicate clearly with me. The office is also incredibly beautiful, but most importantly I felt like my cat received A+ care!

  What a wonderful new addition to the neighborhood! The staff and dr was so friendly and kind when I took my 14 yorkie in for a check up. He had not been eating and I was very alarmed. The vet was so calming and knowledgeable, he took his time to explain all my options. He sent us home with prescription dog food and some meds and my boy was back to himself in one day! Probably the most efficient and painless vet visit I have ever had. The place is gorgeous as well it feels like a high end dog spa instead of a vet!

  Visited urgent care with a torn toenail, Dr Madsen and the entire staff were kind and caring, taking great care of my pup. Made an appointment for a checkup for my other dog based on the care received. Highly recommend.

  When our regular vet couldn’t fit us in for a same-day urgent visit, we went to Bond Vet—and while we received hearbreaking news, I’m so thankful we did. My cat and I were seen right away, and Dr. Melanie Madsen was exceptional, I will be using her for future veterinary care. She explained everything clearly, was transparent about pricing through all of the testing we did, and handled a really difficult situation with such care and empathy. Melanie walked me through the options with so much patience.. I never felt rushed, and I was given the time and support I needed to decide between realistic treatment attempts or end-of-life care. I made plans to have one more day together with Little Foot filled with cuddles, treats, and turning his favorite smells into his food. He declined even more significantly overnight, and I was grateful for their offered flexibility so he didn't need to suffer until a set appointment time. The staff handled everything with compassion and respect from the moment we arrived, shortly after picking up his cremains, I also received an extremely touching handwritten letter from multiple staff members. As hard as it was, I’m so relieved my cat’s final moments were spent in such a kind and caring place. Old Review: The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful when I went in to ask about grooming services. While Bond Vet does not provide grooming she sat with me to help locate and research a nearby facility willing to work with cats. Will definitely be keeping them in consideration for future veterinary care!
