Dr. Angela Cooper walked me through the differential diagnosis for my cat’s respiratory symptoms and Victor was transparent about pricing options. My cat is usually quite anxious around strangers, but this dream team knows how to handle cats.

Dr. Do is truly so compassionate and caring when it comes to not only treating the animal but also how she makes the owner feel. I came to her with a variety of concerns and was honestly so nervous going into the visit and she did such an amazing job treating my cat as well as reassuring me and helping me with my concerns. She broke down every single thing so I could understand exactly what she was saying and provided such amazing care. Her staff Ken and Victor were just as amazing and made the visit go better than I could have possibly imagined. I left feeling so much relief after worrying so much about my cat because they provided us all the treatment and resources we needed. I would confidently recommend them to anybody who has any concerns about their animals and tell them that they are in amazing hands here.

My elderly cat was not doing well and I new the end was near. I called in to the office for a same day appointment and was greeted by Victor who was very warm and attentive. He got me in same day and with great foresight booked in plenty of time for the appointment. Upon arrival we all knew the appointment would end with me saying goodbye and Victor and Dr. Cooper were really just so compassionate through the whole process. The office is clean and inviting, the staff are really wonderful, and for an end of life situation I couldn't ask for a better team to have be with me. I'll be taking my current cat and any other pet to them, forever!

I recently moved and called to schedule an appointment for an annual wellness check/new patient appointment. My cat is due for a shot this year, which I had mentioned on the phone. I had also mentioned I wanted to discuss my cat’s diet, as we are going through some food trials.
We saw Dr. Cooper and had one of the poorest experiences we’ve ever had. It was a huge surprise to me especially with the satisfactory reviews regarding the staff. The responses from this doctor felt completely dismissive of my cat’s needs and my needs as an animal owner with questions. They spent less than 10 minutes doing the typical check of heart rate, teeth, ears, temp., etc. and then had said they’d be back when being pulled out of our appointment to handle something else. After waiting a little, the vet tech (I forgot their name) came in to discuss the estimate of my appointment and payment as our appointment had “concluded.” I was completely shocked as we had not discussed things I noted in my initial call nor had my cat gotten his shot.
Dr. Cooper came back in and we discussed some things regarding the diet and the shot. Dr. Cooper told me they don’t offer that type of shot. Along with the dismissive tone and repetitive answers, despite me trying to explain my cat’s journey with the food trials, I believe as if I could see it in their eyes that I was a total nuisance.
Because of this, once the vet tech returned, I explained that I was extremely uncomfortable continuing and establishing care at this practice, and that Dr. Cooper’s interactions with me did not feel right. The vet tech was apologetic and took some extra time to offer me some tips/advice/guidance. Thank you for being the only positive in this experience.
I will admit that although I scheduled this appointment on Thursday for an appointment on Sunday, I wasn’t able to send the vet records until roughly 3 hours prior to our appointment. However, this is not something that should get in the way of basic customer service mannerisms. New patient appointments typically are allotted for extra time, and I assumed this would be the case. We could have discussed the nature of the records other than what I was already disclosing and tried to continue to disclose, but couldn’t because I was getting dismissive, repetitive responses. Even if we had time to discuss further, I just felt like I wasn’t being listened to.
I completely understand if it’s busy and there’s a lot going on, but if a practice is going to be open on an atypical day like a Sunday, then they should have more than one doctor and one vet tech working, or at least disclose that that’s all they have at the time. As a primary and urgent care facility, it seems to be expected that more staff members would be working - especially on a weekend day.
Let me be clear - I have absolutely no problem waiting if it means my cat is going to get the quality care we expected.
Anything I had mentioned when scheduling my appointment must not have been notated in any way, since to my surprise they did not offer the shot my cat needs (I had named the type of shot specifically).
Also, a fecal test is $102, which is asinine.
I hope this detailed experience helps any current or future customer, along with staff & store managers.

Ken, Victor, and the entire Bond Vet staff was absolutely amazing when helping us care for our baby kitten! Victor explained everything to us very carefully and kindly, and the staff was always so welcoming of our questions. Victor also helped us plan for our kitten’s care in a very cost effective manner. I 100% trusted that my kitten was in caring hands of true animal lovers. I definitely recommend!!
