However, despite spending over $1,000 on the initial visit, we left without a clear diagnosis or resolution for her ongoing skin issues. It’s been frustrating not seeing progress, and unfortunately, we’re now having to seek care elsewhere. To be very transparent, I only brought dogs there one time last year. Additionally, I found the front desk staff could be more welcoming and empathetic. As a client, it’s important to feel valued—especially when entrusting a clinic with the care of a beloved pet. While I’m grateful for the vet’s effort, I didn’t feel this was the right long-term home for our pet’s care. I hope the clinic continues to improve in communication and client experience.
