Bond Vet - Long Island City is a premiere vet clinic offering primary and urgent care. Visit us for wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, surgery. We are also here for same-day care for timely symptoms such as rashes, ear issues, eye issues, wound care, GI issues and more, which could get worse with time. Its staff is out of this world! 🥰First off Cally was so attentive and super supportive and her smile lights up a room. She didn’t just welcome me I observed her with everyone! Then I met Andres and he saw me walk in with my Yorkie Giorgio Armani and he saw me very distressed bc my dog was unable to breathe. He immediately took my dog and didn’t waste time he said I want to make sure he is not lacking oxygen. He returned to reassure me that he does not and now only the concern and attentiveness he provided me with. I appreciated his support bc I was an emotional wreck. Andres then brought in Dr Susan Quesada and had updated fully and she immediately reassured me that they will take all tests necessary and calmed me down . She was super concerned and the attention to my dog was over the top the gentle way I saw everyone approach my dog was heartfelt. When she told me all that was needed and I proceeded. They went over pricing and all to detail and allowed me to make the best decision. Once my dog went thru all procedures and my dog was breathing and started breathing immediately I was emotionally overwhelmed of joy! Happy tears! I brought my dog home and is doing Amazingly Wonderful! He’s on his medication as instructed. Till the end the Dr Susan Quesada went over the condition he had and the full recommended follow through needed. Explained all the X-rays with such detail. It showed how much she cared and detailed as much to calm me down. She went over everything and didn’t rush me to leave and gave my dog treats and a warm blanket as my dog was so nervous. I felt not only Dr Susan Quesada as a Dr but I felt she did all with her heart I felt like I was with family. The experience I will never forget. I will continue to come here. I can’t thank you all so much!!! I’m super blessed to have found this place and this is my 2nd dog bc my First dog Coco Chanel had a recent surgery and is doing remarkable! I write this bc I want the works to know! You want care full attention and a Heart! ❤️This is the place! I’m overjoyed as my family! I can’t thank you all so so much! God Bless each and everyone! We've had all of our services done including a couple of health issues as well as regular visits including vaccinations. We love the service here, the staff is excellent, the care is great. I can't walk my dog past Bond vet anymore because she always wants to go in.
- EEEvanAug 23, 20251.0My cat was misdiagnosed in 2 visits to bond vet. I ended up taking him to the vet at the shelter I got him from (30 min uber ride away) who quickly diagnosed him with ringworm and was very surprised that bond vet did not do a simple woods lamp/black light check. They said the presentation of my cat was very common for ringworm, the opposite of what bond vet said. All the shelter employees were carrying the black light flashlights in their pockets for quick checks of cats. This set me back around $400 between the appointments and meds. I had even brought up ringworm to the vets and they told me all they could do was a $300 lab culture that takes weeks. The whole time you can shine a black light on them and get an assessment that can begin treatment. I initially liked bond vet a lot for the convenience of their website and the communication of their veterinarian, but I was disappointed in the actual diagnosis.
