  Bond Vet is amazing. They have taken such good care of our new puppy. It’s so easy to schedule an appointment. They are very communicative and take time to answer all your questions. Erica at the front desk is so sweet, and Melissa (vet tech) is also so warm - they make us feel taken care of every time we’re there!

  I had a truly wonderful experience at Bond Vet in Jersey City. This was my first visit to the clinic, and from the moment Sol and I walked in, the staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in the right place. Dr. Lauren Buchalter was incredibly kind and honest. She immediately recognized how unwell Sol was and quickly took her to the back to begin running tests. Dr. Buchalter was equally compassionate, knowledgeable, and transparent about the seriousness of Sol’s condition. Although I was faced with a very difficult decision, I felt a sense of peace knowing Sol was receiving immediate and attentive care. The entire team was patient, supportive, and understanding of my concerns throughout the process. When it came time for Sol to be euthanized, Dr. Buchalter explained every step clearly and gently, helping me and my family through an incredibly emotional moment. I’m forever grateful for the compassion and care we received from the staff at Bond Vet. They are truly exceptional people who clearly love what they do. Thank you for everything you did for Sol and for my family. I wholeheartedly recommend Bond Vet to anyone who has a pet. - Maritza T

  i wish i could leave zero stars. I am so disappointed by the care here. our cat has had a skin issue since April and they have yet to find a permanent solution. thousands of dollars spent to get the same ointment and steroid that does nothing. six months she has been in a cone and that has lowered her quality of life. she can’t play like she used to, they changed her diet (which did literally nothing) so she doesn’t get her favorite foods, she bumps into things. she scratches non stop and nothing has changed. if anything she’s gotten worse and the vet just gives us the same diagnosis and ointment. if they don’t know they should’ve been up front about that and saved us the time so we could properly help her rather than spend months with her in so much pain and discomfort.

  Bond Vet is our go-to vet, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they provide. Every visit, the team goes above and beyond to make sure our dog feels comfortable and loved. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the well-being of their patients. The veterinarians always take the time to explain everything clearly and never rush through appointments, which gives us so much peace of mind. It’s clear they treat our dog like their own, and that level of attention means the world to us. We’re so grateful to have Bond Vet as our standard vet and wouldn’t trust our pup’s care with anyone else. Highly recommend!

  This was my fourth experience bringing Florence in for vet care and I am so glad that we made the switch to Bond. I felt her prior vet clinic was more transactional and didn't take the time to get to know my pet. At Bond, there is a great sincerity to how they treat your pet, give a consultative approach and it's not just about checking boxes for billing. I am impressed with Dr. Kerry McLaughlin and her team here and it is a great asset to the community to have this office in downtown Jersey City. As well, thank you to Dr. Lauren Buchalter who took great care of Florence today and made her so comfortable that she is protecting the staff and acting as the welcome team in her below photo. Another plus to this office is they offer a teledoc option (which we utilized once for an ear infection) and have extended weekend hours. Thank you all! You are appreciated!
