  I thought I booked an appointment this morning for the evening to address my dog, Beckham's, broken toe nail. Upon arrival, I found out there was no appointment booked. I pulled back up the browser tab and saw that the confirm appointment was stuck on a load spinner. The staff said they would see him, but would have to charge an extra $150 "walk-in fee". I asked for an exception, given the circumstances, which they refused. When I complained about this, the receptionist dismissed me, saying, "my mental health is not so good". Shame on me for not checking the confirmation. But shame on this team for your dismissiveness and shame on Bond Vet for your abusive corporate greed. Poor Beckham will be in pain for another day because of you. Please get your employees some mental health care and empower them to do the right thing in situations like this. Ironically, your team is now 1 week late on getting my visit summary, following the conversation I had with the doctor last week, following an appointment Beckham had 1.5 weeks ago. I have submitted a request for a $150 refund for that service, based on the going rate you have established. If I continue to come here moving forward, it will be for convenience and convenience alone. I will be seeking out local owned options in the meantime.

  Great Vet. Have come here multiple times for both my dog and cat and they are super attentive and listen to all our concerns. Will keep coming back!

  Dr. Jones was incredibly thorough at our first visit. For our second visit, we had a nurse visit scheduled. She sat with us to go through everything he was receiving that day and ensured we were clear before taking him back. Odin loves all the staff!

  I must say I am impressed with Bond Vet. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the front desk. My doctor is Dr. Chen and she took amazing care of my baby Dream (tuxedo cat). Also her assistant Tati was just as amazing and even helped with a billing situation. Over all I would give them 10 starts. We have to go back next month but they just followed up to see how Dream was feeling. Can’t get any better than a doctor who is invested with their patient’s.

  I had a truly wonderful experience at Bond Vet in Jersey City. This was my first visit to the clinic, and from the moment Sol and I walked in, the staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel comfortable and confident that we were in the right place. Dr. Lauren Buchalter was incredibly kind and honest. She immediately recognized how unwell Sol was and quickly took her to the back to begin running tests. Dr. Buchalter was equally compassionate, knowledgeable, and transparent about the seriousness of Sol’s condition. Although I was faced with a very difficult decision, I felt a sense of peace knowing Sol was receiving immediate and attentive care. The entire team was patient, supportive, and understanding of my concerns throughout the process. When it came time for Sol to be euthanized, Dr. Buchalter explained every step clearly and gently, helping me and my family through an incredibly emotional moment. I’m forever grateful for the compassion and care we received from the staff at Bond Vet. They are truly exceptional people who clearly love what they do. Thank you for everything you did for Sol and for my family. I wholeheartedly recommend Bond Vet to anyone who has a pet. - Maritza T
