Bond Vet Hell’s Kitchen is a modern and friendly veterinary clinic offering primary and urgent care. Our mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care — a simple concept that permeates everything we do. We know pets and people don’t really look forward to going to the vet, so we’ve reimagined the experience from the ground up. Our clinics are warm and welcoming, with neutral lighting, hydration stations, dog treat bars and comfortable furniture. We have an in-house tech team to build better, more seamless veterinary technology that makes it easy for pet parents to book appointments and vets to log records and communicate with clients. We offer options and upfront pricing when it comes to diagnostics and next steps.

I think the vets here are probably good and well-meaning, but the way the business is set up seems like it doesn’t benefit the pets. I took my dog here maybe 4? times out of convenience when her normal vet was booked, and I regret it. I think there’s something about a small-business longterm vet that’s important, that has a relationship with your animal. I found a lack of wisdom. My dog was really sick, and she wasn’t going to get better. Her normal vet clocked this as soon as we walked in - I took her straight there after feeling like something at Bond was off. The way they present tests and care, literally checking or unchecking boxes with the cost estimate, doesn’t set the dog up for good care. I want a vet who can read the situation and tell me what to prioritize. When I brought her back to her normal vet, there were a lot of things that Bond either didn’t catch or mention. They didn’t follow up whatsoever, and about 6 months after she died, I got an email that her visit summary was ready to read in the portal. The other vet- I got a condolences card signed by the entire staff, full of heartfelt and touching words and memories they had of her. You deserve care like this! Again, I think these are probably good doctors, but the format of this (and places like it) degrades the care. It might not be obvious at first, and is probably fine to pick up prescriptions or just run in every once in a while, but the convenience comes at a price. If your dog needs care urgently, there’s VEG and other emergency rooms. Otherwise I would just find and develop a relationship with a neighborhood vet that you can call (even when you’re just worried and not sure anything is wrong) and they can hear your concerns and tell you to come in or not.

Really love this vet and their vibe, but I walked in today to ask a simple question about a prescription I was recommended and waited over an hour for a receptionist to come out and help me. They didn’t answer any of my phone calls for about a week, so I walked in and waited far too long for someone to come out and say something…

This place was amazing! My dog was so anxious get their check-up for their ears but the staff was so welcoming and caring. The facilities were also immaculate. Shout-out to Dr. Harleen for taking care of Mia

Bond Vet – Hell’s Kitchen is an absolute disgrace and a danger to pets. This place needs to be shut down immediately. The so-called “vet” I dealt with could barely speak English and repeatedly called my dog “her,” even after I corrected him multiple times. It was beyond unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful. The staff is shady and operates like a scam business. They deliberately padded my bill with charges that were NOT mine and tried to force unnecessary tests just to drive the price up. Their diagnosis was completely wrong, and none of their testing was accurate. When I took my dog to BluePearl for a second opinion, he was perfectly healthy. BluePearl confirmed that Bond Vet had completely misdiagnosed him and had likely done it to extort money from me. This clinic is disgusting, discriminatory, and homophobic. The people who work here are rude, unqualified, and do not care about your pet – they only care about stealing your money. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not ever take your pet here. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Department of Consumer Affairs, and every veterinary board and licensing agency possible. I will also be contacting the media to expose their unethical and discriminatory practices publicly. If I do not receive accountability, I will pursue full legal action against Bond Vet for fraud and discrimination.!!!!!

Love Bond Vet. Easy to make an appointment and get in, so many places I can’t get in for days or even weeks. My cat needed something extracted from his paw, he can be very grumpy at the vet for a normal visit but they handled him with more ease than I’ve ever seen. Didn’t gauge me with insane prices or things I didn’t need. Definitely my new permanent vet!!!
