- YGYesenia GallegosOct 8, 20255.0I am beyond impressed with Bond Vet! I brought my cat Oliver in after three days of vomiting and ear scratching, and the whole experience was amazing. The clinic is modern, clean, and welcoming with treats for cats and dogs! The staff were incredible, gentle, kind, and truly caring. The doctor was thorough, took the time to ask all the right questions, and figured out Oliver’s issues were likely due to a food allergy. We left with a treatment plan and complete peace of mind. Oliver felt comfortable, and I felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend Bond Vet to anyone looking for compassionate, top-notch care for their pets. Truly a 10/10 experience!
- POPerla OrdonezOct 2, 20255.0Bond Vet has been wonderful for my senior dog. Dr. Ugol is the best vet I’ve ever had, and the entire staff is caring, friendly, and welcoming every single time. The clinic is close by which is great, but I’d gladly travel farther just to bring Bailey here. He actually pulls me to get into the vet office — I even have a photo of him trying to get inside when it was closed! I’ve never had a pet love the vet this much (the treats help too!).
- JWJackson WestermanSep 24, 20253.0I’m disappointed with Bond Vet Gold Coast. I took my puppy there a few times, and the first two visits with Dr. Lauren Ugol and Dr. Shannon Leary were great. If you see either of them, you should be fine. However, be careful with Dr. Nam-Kyun Kim. He misdiagnosed my dog’s injury, saying it was in the front legs when it was actually in the back legs. He tried to charge me over $1500 for unnecessary treatments like X-rays and lab work. I declined and chose conservative treatment instead, and my dog got better. Later, a different vet confirmed the injury was in the back legs, proving Dr. Kim was wrong. Dr. Kim only examined my dog for a few minutes and pushed expensive treatments that weren’t needed, which felt like he was trying to take advantage of me during a tough time. Bond Vet is also more expensive than other places, so I won’t be going back. It’s disappointing because I liked the other vets, but Dr. Nam-Kyun shouldn’t be working there if he’s prioritizing money over the pet’s care. It's disheartening when you come across vets who prioritize compensation over the animals needs.
