Bond Vet - Garden City is a primary and urgent care veterinary clinic that offers compassionate, thorough, and friendly care in a welcoming, comfortable environment. We’re on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We know going to the vet hasn’t always been a pleasant experience, so we’ve reimagined the experience from the ground up. Our clinics are warm and welcoming with “Treat Yourself” dog treat bars, neutral lighting, and hydration stations. Our app makes it easy to book appointments and view medical records. We practice fear-free medicine and provide transparent pricing for various options for care, because there should be no surprises on your vet bill.

- JDJared DavisOct 4, 20255.0Me and my puppy always have a good experience at Bond Vet. Doctor Chandler and Yuna have been really comprehensive and supportive throughout all my doctor visits. The nurses and front desk staff are amazing as well. Services can be somewhat pricey, but you pay for exceptional service. The place is wonderful and clean. I am happy to have this place as my vet office.
- MTMuskaan ThukralSep 28, 20251.0Had a 6pm appt for X-rays, I arrive at 5:50 they take me in at 645 only to tell me they can’t take them now because they close at 7pm??? Why not just tell me that in the first place? They ended up sending me to another 24hr vet which I could’ve gone to initially. How about don’t take the appointment then? Very money hungry, very disappointed.

- KCKristine CorpusAug 9, 20255.0I went here for the first time for an emergency situation. Everyone was so helpful, understanding and patient. I felt like my dog was in good hands. They are very transparent with the detailed costs. They were super responsive with all of my questions, especially during my dog’s after care. Even when my dog was being cared for (the owner isn’t allowed in the patent treatment area) the front desk personnel, Sergio was so understanding of my anxiety and helped to assuage the situation. I highly recommend this vet clinic!!!
- CRchelsey RAug 3, 20255.05 STARS!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alvarez and her team—especially Nurse Paige and the assistant who helped with our recent visit. Our dog is not easy at the vet. He’s anxious, reactive, and gets so stressed it’s hard to even complete basic exams. But this team knew exactly how to read him, adjust their energy, and calmly guide the appointment without skipping a beat. What truly set this visit apart was how educational it was. Dr. Alvarez didn’t just talk at us, she involved us in the process, explaining what she was doing and why, from diagnostics to behavior strategies. Paige was incredible at keeping both our dog and us calm and grounded, kind, but no-nonsense in the best way. You can tell they’re not just following protocol—they actually get dogs, even the tricky ones, and they know how to keep the experience real without ever compromising professionalism. The assistant was also spot-on—efficient, observant, and clearly part of the same calm, confident rhythm the rest of the team was in. The vibe was supportive, smart, and completely judgment-free, which is honestly rare in high-stress vet visits. I walked out not only relieved that we got it all done but also that I know I have a team I can trust. Will keep on going to this clinic!
