Bond Vet — East Village is a modern and friendly vet located in StuyTown, at 18th and 1st Ave. We specialize in urgent care and primary care, meaning timely medical needs for a rash, diarrhea, limping, coughing or other symptoms that indicate a non-life-threatening health issue as well as preventative care (annual exam, vaccines) For prompt treatment, we offer walk-in appointments, or you can book online. Bond Vet’s mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care — we know pets and pet parents typically don’t look forward to vet visits, and we don’t think it has to be that way. We reimagined the experience, with warm and welcoming clinics, neutral lighting, hydration stations, dog treat bars and comfortable furniture.

Brought my dog in because he had chewed up a THC pen. Everyone was super kind helpful and took great care of my dog and helped him recover.

Super kind and attentive vets. Take time to answer all of my questions and give advice for taking care of my pet. They have also been helpful in referring me when my pet had an emergency.

I've always had a good experience with all my dogs. They are very professional and very caring and patient. My yorkie is a very anxious and nervous dog and the experience she's had with other vets have been difficult, she seemed like a different dog when I took her to bond vet, calm very calm.

I had an emergency when my 9lb. poodle, Molly, jumped/dove off my desk before I was able to put my hand under her. She landed, with a splat(!), on her face and front paws, and really hurt herself. I was able to walk into the clinic and we were immediately seen by a nurse and then the doctor. There's something special about the staff, from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the doctor, to the clinic's manager -- ALL helped in making sure everything was taken care of, all my questions were answered, and I had everything I needed. Upon leaving, and learning that it was my first time there -- I was given a large free bag of treats! Later I received the 'medical record' which was the summary of our visit, and it was so precise, clear, and understandable as to next steps. The following day, they followed up to see how Molly was doing. I couldn't have asked for more! CARE is what they are all about! Thank you Essence, Irene, Dr. Shuttleworth, and Brooke : ) ) ) ) )
