  I cannot recommend Bond Vet Ditmas enough! From the veterinarian and vet assistant to the nurses and front desk staff, everyone was wonderful. I brought in my kitten, who’s very skittish, because she’d been coughing and needed to be checked out. Dr. Arth and the vet assistant were amazing — they handled my girl with so much care and were still able to give her a thorough exam. The nurses were also fantastic and even managed to trim all of her nails, which is no small feat! This experience was night and day compared to my visit to Vetco, where staff treated her like a monster just for being nervous. If you’re looking for compassionate, high-quality vet care, I highly recommend Bond Vet Ditmas.

  Sad to say, I believe the vets in this clinic are unexperienced. Young, new doctors. Not their fault, we all start new at some point…However, when you are concerned about the health of your beloved pet, go somewhere else. I went for a second opinion and realised I would have saved time and money had I start from a different place that has more experienced doctors…

  A heartbreaking experience – Negligence that led to my cat’s death I took my kitten to this clinic because she was suffering from severe constipation and was clearly unwell, but the veterinarians downplayed her condition and said she was fine. Then, they vaccinated her even though she was less than 7 weeks old! I didn’t object because I’m not an expert and trusted their professional judgment, but unfortunately, after the visit, her condition started to worsen rapidly until she passed away. It was clear there was a lack of professionalism, poor diagnosis, and complete irresponsibility in handling such a young and fragile kitten. Instead of properly treating her, they performed an unnecessary vaccination that made her condition worse and ultimately caused her death. This was a truly painful experience, and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Lack of experience, poor judgment, and clear negligence in animal care. 💔 If I could give less than one star, I absolutely would

  Just don’t, I really don’t know how much training anyone has here, was told my kitten is fine when she clearly wasn’t, it’s all about doing tests and vaccine and anything else to get a good bill for them, she needed help and didn’t get it here and days later when she was more worse another vet told us how bad her condition was, also she was too young for a vaccine, she was already having an issue and didn’t need something to make her system fight 2 battles. I’m sorry but don’t act concerned and try to smooth it over when you know you messed up

  Went for my constipated kitten and said everything is fine when we got a second opinion we were told it’s a more severe blockage that now since it was delayed treatment has become much worse to where she now has to be hospitalized. Do not go to this place
