Bond Vet — Clinton Hill offers primary and urgent care to the dogs and cats of Clinton Hill. Our modern and friendly vet clinic is at the corner of Myrtle and Grand, open every day from 10am to 8pm. We pioneered the concept of urgent care, so we can be your primary care vet for wellness exams and vaccinations, but we’re also here for you to provide timely medical care for a wound, a rash, diarrhea, coughing, injury, behavioral changes, limping or any other non-life-threatening symptoms and “uh-oh moments.” We started Bond Vet to bring veterinary medicine into the modern world, and it’s our priority to make it easy and convenient to get great vet care, when you desire an appointment after work, on weekends or during your lunch break. Our highly trained and collaborative veterinary team handles a wide range of cases, ranging from primary care (wellness visits, vaccinations, spay/neuter, dental cleaning, mass removal) to more timely or unique cases, like specialty orthopedic surgeries, cryptorchid neuters, and conjunctivitis. In short, Bond Vet is here to be your one-stop-shop vet. Our mission is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care, because we know pets and people haven’t always enjoyed vet visits. But it doesn’t have to be that way. At Bond, you can book several ways — book online, call, or walk in, and we’ll usually be able to see you that day or next-day. Once you’re here, you and your pet will feel comfortable in our friendly and welcoming clinic, thanks to natural light, comfortable furniture, complimentary treats, toys, books and hydration stations. During your visit, our compassionate, thorough team is completely dedicated to providing best-in-class veterinary care to your pet, treating them as their own. Thanks to the proprietary technology that powers our clinics, you enjoy a seamless experience — medical records are easily accessible, and it’s easy to connect with our vets via chat, telehealth, and same-day booking. Lastly, we know price matters — we’re upfront when it comes to pet care costs, and we offer several paths forward, along with pricing for diagnostics or next steps, and we won’t pressure you into more tests or treatments than you’re comfortable doing (and we’ll save you time by helping you file pet insurance claims). Bond Vet is a new kind of veterinary experience that’s better for pets and their people, and we’re excited to meet and treat you. Come by for primary or urgent care at Bond Vet - Clinton Hill is located at 524 Myrtle in Brooklyn. Book online, call us or walk in. bondvet.com

My 5-year old cat Louis had been going to Bond Vet since I adopted him 2 years ago. Our previous experiences at the Lower East Side location had been good before we moved to Brooklyn, however a recent experience at this location has prompted me to write this review as a cautionary tale. Louis has FLUTD and was having an episode after we moved this summer. I brought him in and he was treated with Gabapentin, and his symptoms resolved. However, a couple weeks later he showed a decrease in appetite and vomited once. I decided to bring him in to be safe. I explained his history to the vet, and they decided to run repeat urinalysis as well as a blood test. Three days later, Bond Vet EMAILED me saying they suspected my 5-year old cat had Chronic Kidney Disease or even CANCER. They could not even be bothered to call me! I was devastated and insisted the vet call me, and on the phone she contradicted several things that were in the email dump they sent me. I was scared and confused, and thats after dumping thousands of dollars in testing and visits into this vet. I decided to get a second opinion. After bringing him to another vet for a check up and a follow up, they are not concerned about Chronic Kidney Disease at this time and his levels look fine. He's switched food brands and added in a fish oil supplement and is absolutely thriving. I cannot believe the anxiety and stress Bond Vet put me through over this ordeal (and the thousands of dollars I've spent here), but I'm just thankful my cat is happy and healthy now.

Awful. I went there on a Sunday as I needed my pet to see a doctor before I went away on vacation. I saw Dr. Nancy Ashley who was rude, short, condescending and insensitive. Other staff from both front and back of house made mention of how terrible she is to work for and with. My appointment was a month ago I'm still chasing the appointment documentation which Bond Vet of Clinton Hill will not release to me as Dr. Ashely (who I placed a formal complaint against) will not sign off on the visit. I spent close to $700 on this visit and can't receive documentation for my insurance or to provide my normal vet with. I would avoid this place at all costs- they operate as an impersonal large corporate business that does not care about patients or their owners.

What an awesome group of staff at the location, who made Cashmere & I feel welcomed. The professionalism and concern for Cashmere's health definitely put me at ease. Thankfully, after some tests, it was good to know that she's in decent health. There are some areas that will be addressed soon.
