Bond Vet — Back Bay is a modern and convenient veterinary clinic that offers primary care as well as urgent care for pets, which means we can see your pet (usually a same-day appointment) for symptoms that require timely medical attention, such as a wound, a rash, diarrhea, a persistent cough, a behavioral change, limping or other non-life-threatening symptoms. Bond Vet is open every day from 10am to 8pm, and we offer walk-in appointments for urgent care, or you can call ahead or book online, same-day or weeks in advance. The mission of Bond Vet is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. That means a few things, specifically in the design, technology and culture categories.

- TMTomer Maor4 days ago5.0Came with my very cute and usually very frightened cat to Bond Vet at Back Bay. I really don't have the words to describe the staff: the nurse (I believe her name was Grace) showed so much care and love to my cat, which made her feel so comfortable! I was shocked. We're talking about a cat that hides at home whenever someone she doesn't know walks in, and there she was on the treatment table, bonding with Grace as if she was her human (now I see why they name that place Bond Vet...). Bottom line: highly recommended place, all the staff (not just Grace) were awesome, the Doctors are awesome, everything is clean, neat and fun. 2nd pic is not from the treatment, but had to add it because it's cute.

- AMaraxi mirzoyanOct 12, 20251.0I was running late to my appointment, came in and they told me I had to wait to be seen since I was 15 min late, I was fine with that and agreed on waited. After an hour the lady came back to tell me they weren't able to see me today, after an hour of waiting!! I was there only for a vaccine. My dog is a patient on record hence she didn't need to be seen for an exam. I have been there before for vaccines and usually a tech takes the dog for a whole 5-10 minutes and you're done. They purposely made me wait an hour before telling me they were “fully booked” On top of that they go ahead and charge 25$ for a late fee!!! Are you serious? These people are disgusting and they are not even busy. Keep your miserable 25$ I'm never coming back
