Very happy with bond vet. Original vet I choose when I moved to the area had an awful/crowded waiting room which is difficult when dogs aren't feeling well or anxious. Bond vet's waiting area is spacious, and they get you into a personal room quickly. Vet conversation and notes match up, while other place vet didn't communicate. Bond Vet also has better and more transparent pricing. All around a great choice for your pet.

Everyone at Bond has been super nice and helpful with our new cat. We've been in several times in the past few months and have been in frequent contact with them. We've been really appreciative of how responsive they have been to our many follow-up questions, and our baby girl is much healthier thanks to their support.

My dog had an eye infection and this vet was close by and had same-day appointments. Absolutely fantastic experience. Super friendly and quick answer to phone calls, fantastic and caring staff, easy to setup appointment on the site and the prices seemed super reasonable for the area. Consultation fee would've been $114 but they had a promo code for free initial visit consultation, eye stain $68, and $22.65 for the medicated eye drops.

Poor experience at this vet with our new puppy. Had a first time visit to establish care and was told we were a day too early to receive the vaccine based on timeline for the series and unfortunately they were entirely booked the next day so the front desk clerk would schedule us for Friday same week just to get the shots. Arrive on Fri to find out our appointment was scheduled wrong for Friday the next week and that there were no walk in slots either. Front desk staff then tells us that if we were to wait for the walk in appointment 6 hrs later it had to be a full appointment with a repeat physical exam charge to get the shots. Our dog had literally just been seen 72h ago and was originally supposed to get the vaccine during that visit. Left a bad taste in my mouth in this approach to try and bill as much money unnecessarily. Will be taking our pets elsewhere in the future.

Don't be fooled by the nice facade or the cutesy things in this business. All that glitters isn't gold. The lack of compassion, communication, and timely care highlights this business. I hope you would reconsider trying or staying with this group.
I had moved to this business for my senior cat thinking they would have the best care, technology, and referral system for him but they don't. He became pretty ill and the approach to his care was subpar without follow up. He just got worse and when we came back to check we felt that we were just being pushed around because the holiday weekend was approaching. My cat died after a couple of days. I had to inform them about his death the same day so we can cancel our appointments and I didn't hear back from them until 3 days later.
