  From the office team: Mark demonstrated exceptional customer service at each phone call we had together. The technician, Jason, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to complete a thorough check of all our systems, educated us on all his recommendations, and provided clear estimates of all future services needed to keep our units functional.   Bon Air made the entire process easy. Mark who helped me schedule the appointment understood my needs and explained the services thoroughly so I knew what to expect. Jason, the technician that serviced my home, was prompt, professional, and thorough explaining the details of his visit. Definitely recommend Bon Air!

  I called Bonaire for help getting my ac and furnace ready for my new buyer at 3pm and they worked me in on a Friday! The technician, jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable I had a compositor replaced and 1 pound of refrigerant added. Thank you for helping me at the last minute!

  I called BonAir solely based on the reviews I read. I have to say after reading the reviews and comments, I was very impressed. That gave me more confidence in choosing to use BonAir for my A.C. needs. Once I called, the woman on the line was so kind and even laughed at my jokes, given the circumstance. After speaking with her, thirty minutes later- Jimmy Elliott showed up at the door. He is my family’s hero!! He explained everything that was going on with my a.c. He also was about to leave when he finished and I’m glad he did a last minute check. He found another issue and fixed it in only a few minutes. As long as BonAir is in business, they have a lifetime customer here!! Thank you to all!
