    Worked with David De Leon a couple weeks back to get some scheduled service work done on my wife' F-Pace SVR. David went above and beyond to take care of us and get the work completed. This was our first visit after moving from the Dallas area. A+ We will be back for all our vehicle needs.

    I recently went into Jaguar to get repairs done on my suspension and to get the cabin filter replaced leaving out needing more repairs. They broke the lock on glove compartment when they replaced the cabin filter. Now I have to go back and get the lock repaired.

    Great Service experience. Service staff were friendly and efficient. The facility was clean and bright. Drinks and snacks were plentiful. My car was returned to me earlier than promised. No complaints.

    I switched from Cavender Land Rover to Barrett Boerne to service my 2017 XJ and 2018 Land Rover for a number of reasons. They have a knowledgeable and professional service department and I could not be happier with the switch. I recently upgraded my 2018 Range Rover for a 2025, I want to thank Alex and Jason for working with me and helping me pull it all together . Special shout out to Andy, my Sales agent, for being so patient with me. When I saw my new Range Rover, it was love at first sight and I truly appreciate his patience and kindness while I negotiate a deal with my husband, lol. Alex was not pushy, he communicated with me on my terms, was professional, knowledgeable, and flexible which I really appreciated. Alex and the finance department truly made my buying A stressful mind experiencing less seamless . Five stars to Barrett Jaguar Land Rover Bourne and 10 stars to Andy , my sales representative. Thank you so much, Andy. I love love love my new Land Rover. Not sure if you really tucked it away like I asked so nobody would get, Lol, but thank you for being available and And providing a comfortable and stress-free by an experience. For those of you out there looking to purchase a new Range Rover go see Andy at Bourne Land Rover and Jaguar, I can guarantee he will take good care of you, without the pressure.     Maryam and Mike are two very incompetent individuals. My husband entrusted them to do maintenance work on our Maserati. We asked them to fix whatever needed repairs. They had our vehicle for TWO weeks without any contact on what was going on. Once the repairs were completed, the total was over $5,500. They told us that they would “deliver” our vehicle to our home.( on a flat bed). They allowed a porter to drive a Maserati for over 30 mins to us without permission. Once he arrived, he then drops the key fob on the pavement and damaged the key fob. My husband then hands him a cashiers check that he opens and looks at the envelope and verifies the check. We take our receipt and he takes the check and we part ways. 10 mins after we are test driving the vehicle he calls us and says HE CANT FIND THE CHECK! Then he implies that it was our fault. Mayram then continues to absolve Mike the porter of any wrong doing / negligence. They have yet to provide professional service in regard to an employee losing payment. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism, negligence, disregard for customer service and value of hard earned money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Extremely shocked at the treatment and experience.
