  Mi visita a Bocas Grill en Doral fue absolutamente fantástica. Le doy un sólido 5/5 por la calidad de la comida, el servicio y el ambiente. Es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de lo mejor de la gastronomía peruano-venezolana. Gracias a Dhar por el buen servicio.

  I've been to this place and never complained about anything. But last night the service was terrible, and the wait for food was so long that we canceled the order and left, while other customers arrived later and were served before us. I have been in other Boca locations but very disappointment in Doral Location.

  Late lunch. Food was ok. Steak in meal was gummy and hard to eat. Not worth the price paid for meal. The salmon salad was drowned with cheese. Lunch special menu had many options and reasonable price. Waitress wasn't too friendly. Won't return.

  I had a very disappointing experience here. I made a reservation for 9 PM, and when I arrived, the hostess was rude and dismissive. She simply told us the kitchen was closed and they had “run out of product” because they had a busy day. There was no call, text, or email in advance to let us know—nothing. No apology, no effort to make it right. Just terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on how poorly they handle their guests.

  Great menu and delicious food. However, the service could use some attention. The servers had an odd, careless, rude and distracted energy — they struggled to keep the table clean or check in on basic needs. We often had to remind them for things that should’ve been automatic. The restaurant wasn’t even full, so it felt more like a lack of attentiveness than being busy. Not the first time this happened by the way, we have been already 3 times and had the same issues every single time. With a little more care from the staff, this place could easily be five stars.
