  We decided to try this restaurant on Saturday evening after several recommendations. When the waitress brought my drink—papelón con limón—I asked her to remove the ice, as it was already chilly inside the restaurant and we'd just come from the beach. Instead of simply accommodating the request, she casually told me, "I can remove the ice, but I won’t fill it all the way to the top," as though I was asking for extra drink. To clarify, my intention wasn’t to get more drink, but it felt frustrating that the restaurant was so stingy over a small request. We paid $134 for a 2 person meal, and it seemed like they were more focused on saving a few ounces of drink than on customer satisfaction. Ironically, my husband's drink “Parchita” was filled all the way to the brim. It just left a bad taste, honestly—especially considering the high price and the lack of attentiveness to the customer's simple needs.

  Huge menu of absolutely delicious Latin American food. Attentive, friendly bilingual staff. Wish I was here longer for more meals but we will definitely make this a destination each time we are in Miami.

  ¿Alguna vez un mesero te hace sentir como si estuvieras comiendo en casa, pero con el sabor de un restaurante top? Eso fue exactamente lo que pasó en Bocas Grill Brickell, gracias a Greddy, quien se pasó de increíble desde el primer momento. Fui a almorzar un viernes con unos amigos buscando algo con buena energía, y terminamos quedándonos mucho más tiempo de lo planeado. El ambiente del lugar es moderno, con ese toque tropical elegante que te hace sentir que estás en Miami pero sin el caos. Música suave, luces cálidas y un aroma irresistible a parrilla apenas entras. El servicio fue, sinceramente, de lo mejor que he tenido en la zona. Greddy no solo conocía cada plato del menú al detalle, sino que además tenía ese talento natural para recomendar justo lo que querías sin saberlo. Amable, atento y con una sonrisa genuina todo el tiempo. Nos hizo sentir cuidados, no atendidos. Pedí el Pabellón Criollo y fue una locura de sabor: carne mechada tierna, arroz en su punto, tajadas dulces y un balance perfecto con las caraotas. También probamos el Churrasco con puré trufado —la textura, la presentación, todo impecable. Las porciones son generosas, y los precios razonables considerando la calidad y el lugar. Lo que más me gustó fue esa mezcla entre cocina latina con toque gourmet y el ambiente chill pero sofisticado. Si algo podría mejorar, quizás sería el nivel del aire acondicionado (un poco fuerte en algunas mesas), pero nada que afecte la experiencia. Ideal para venir en pareja, con amigos o incluso una reunión casual de trabajo. La energía del lugar y la calidad del servicio hacen que valga la pena cada minuto. En resumen: Bocas Grill Brickell no solo tiene excelente comida, sino un equipo que realmente ama lo que hace. Le doy 5 de 5 estrellas, y si vas, pregunta por Greddy —te aseguro que te hará sentir como en casa.

  "Los meseros tienen una muy mala educación me trajeron un trago en muy mal estado aguado y cuando pedí que me lo mejoraran no que me lo cambiaran y me dijeron que eso no se podía hacer que tenía que pagar extra eso estuvo muy mal y no solo eso pedi una salsa extra y el mesero me dijo que tenía que darle dinero extra la cuenta fue de 250 me parece que eso no está bien no volvería y obvio no lo recomendaría"

  We arrived for dinner following a baseball game. Valet parking was $6, with the understanding that you would retrieve your own vehicle later. We were promptly seated, and our server was exceptionally helpful with the menu. The Simon Bolivar tostones were particularly delicious. While the bocas grill might be a bit tart for some, I found it quite enjoyable. The dessert milkshake was also very good, and I thoroughly enjoyed both the shake and the ice cream. The chocolate that came with the shake was very rich. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and appreciated the food and atmosphere.
