  Do not recommend at all, bad service to seniors. My mother had a phone call with this company regarding her Medicare. They sounded very unknowledgeable, told my mom to “call Medicare” for Part A and B enrollment (this is incorrect, Medicare told us to call the SSA who handles enrollment). They were very quick and you could tell they just wanted to get onto the next caller. very little explanations on anything.

  I was disappointed with my experience at Bobby Brock Insurance. While I expected knowledgeable and caring help, I found the staff to be rushed and not very helpful in explaining my options clearly. Even though it’s a family-run business, the personal attention just wasn’t there. I felt more like a number than a valued client. The location might be convenient, but the atmosphere didn’t feel particularly welcoming. If you’re looking for guidance with Medicare or health insurance, I’d suggest exploring other options first.

  I received a mailer from Bobby Brock Insurance regarding Medicare Supplemental Insurance. I phoned the company with a lot of questions! I was directed to a wonderful agent, Josh Popek! Josh walked me through the process every 65 year old needs to know regarding signing up for Medicare. He then explained in great detail the plus and minuses of the various plans available to me. He was extremely professional and never once made me feel pressured in any way. I appreciated very much all the help in navigating this new network of health coverage and would recommend this company and Josh to anyone who needs assistance.
