- BGBrad GastonFeb 27, 20231.0Had them come out to do an estimate to replace a breaker box that was bad. My regular electrician was busy so I seen that there website said FREE ESTIMATE. Called them set up and appointment. They came out and was there 5 mins and gave me a and est of $2140 to replace the panel. This is just a small panel with 2 breakers. So I abviously declined. So then I get a bill in the mail for $120 for the estimate. Called them and they said since I had a problem it's a service call not an estimate. Had another electrician do the job for way less money.
