  Extremely rude owner. I called and left a message for a liner replacement. Never heard back, which is fine, so I called again hoping to get a person not a machine. Bob answered and I had stated that I was looking for a liner replacement and I had mentioned that I had called previously but never heard back to which Bob cut me off as I was speaking and very rudely said that he is extremely busy which I completely understand but he did not have to be so aggressive and rude. I need a new liner, filtration system and salt water conversion so it's a big job that Bob will not be getting. It's sad, I like to support local businesses, but being extremely rude to a potential customer 15 seconds in to the call is uncalled for.

  We were very satisfied with Bob and his helper, Don. They preform high standard work and use quality materials. We particularly appreciate all the attention they gave to prepare the surface before applying the liner. We are very pleased with the job. The day after they left, our pool pump would not work. We called, and they came the same day. They fixed the pump and even made it more efficient. We would definitely recommend them!

  We have been using Bob and his team for years for everything pool related - openings, closings, repairs and replacements. We wouldn’t dare work with anyone else!!
