  Extremely rude owner. I called and left a message for a liner replacement. Never heard back, which is fine, so I called again hoping to get a person not a machine. Bob answered and I had stated that I was looking for a liner replacement and I had mentioned that I had called previously but never heard back to which Bob cut me off as I was speaking and very rudely said that he is extremely busy which I completely understand but he did not have to be so aggressive and rude. I need a new liner, filtration system and salt water conversion so it's a big job that Bob will not be getting. It's sad, I like to support local businesses, but being extremely rude to a potential customer 15 seconds in to the call is uncalled for.

  I have used Bob's service for many years. I have always found him to be completely reliable and do a top notch job. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
