  Stopped in to get some steel to build a smoker. Kevin was very helpful and wrote up the items I was looking for. Proceeded to the warehouse (11:50 AM), the employee was unwilling to fill this small order, as his lunch time was approaching. I went back to the office and explained to Kevin that they would not help me. His recommendation was to wait until after lunch, and also, afternoon break is at 2:30. Went else ware to purchase items, will not come back to Murphy steel, ever. This is just another example of bad service and why our local economy is in distress!

  Needed some basic square tubing with a few holes drilled. They had it available within one day and was reasonably priced.
