  Quite possibly the worst service experience of my life. I went in for a simple repair.... likely less than $1000.... they charged me $500 just so they could ignore my request and they tried to get me for other unnecessary repairs that added up to over quadruple the value of the vehicle. Never again will I own an infinity or shop at Bob Moore.

  Scott Warfel is your go to sales consultant. Not only is he an Infiniti Corporate National Honoree and a 2025 Award of Excellence Rep, his local customers think very highly of him too. I recently purchased a QX60 and Scott helped in every way to be certain I was completely satisfied with the transaction. Very knowlegable and incredably helpful! Above and beyond. Lastly, Carson dropped in during the process a few times and he was accommodating and easy to work with.

  We had such a great experience at Bob Moore Infiniti! Our sales rep, Hayden White, was awesome—super friendly, patient, and made the whole process really easy. He took the time to answer all our questions and never made us feel rushed. Terry in finance was also great to work with. He explained everything clearly and got us through the paperwork faster than we expected. What really stood out, though, was how great everyone was with our kids. They made us all feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a new car!

  JOHN AND CARSON, AND BLANE AND TERRY WERE LEGIT🤘🏽. This was an absolute breeze of a transaction. After days, hours, and weeks of car shopping, visiting and talking and haggling with different small and larger dealerships and salesmen I finally found Bob Moore Infiniti and was in and out with the exact car that I wanted within a few hours of a calm trade. No hidden fees, EXCEPTIONAL and beyond fair negotiations, and quite legitimately the smoothest process I had of car/truck/suv buying. They even helped with certain numbers and percentages of what would be a fair down payment vs just throwing an extra couple hundred which would make the monthly payments only a difference of a few dollars vs the benefit of the full warranty package over time. They even filled the gas tank up for me before I left that night. I’ve seen reviews where people might’ve said that they pushed the warranty on them even though they’ve said multiple times no and I’ll just tell you now that it never happened in my transaction. Not to say that it doesn’t happen, but you Don’t have to believe everything negative on the Internet. Come experience it yourself. If I ever look in the near future to trade another vehicle or buy a new one I know exactly where I’m coming back to.
