  I was struggling to figure out what was wrong with my stove and Michelle at Bob Millers was incredibly nice and helpful. Since they weren't able to get out to look at my stove for a week, she suggested a couple things to check and she was right! What a great business model they have of just making sure, to the best of their ability, that people are taken care of. Kudos to Michelle and the Bob Miller team.

  We were in need of a new refrigerator asap for our afterschool snack program because ours broke. Chandra & the team went right to work. They saved us and we cannot thank you enough. Amazing people.

  I purchased appliances from various department stores, including Home Depot and Menards, but was dissatisfied with the product and service. The extended warranty process was particularly frustrating, requiring excessive documentation, such as photographs and serial numbers. In contrast, my experience with Bob Millers was exceptional, featuring outstanding customer service, efficient delivery, and courteous staff. The delivery team was notably polite, taking the time to explain the setup process and ensuring a seamless experience. I would never ever again !! by another appliance from those department stores ever again

  The sales lady (Chandra) was super helpful and listened to what I wanted and needed. She did not push me in another direction. She listened and applied her knowledge of their products to fulfill my need.

  I purchased a dishwasher a month ago. First, the wrong color dishwasher was delivered. I had to wait another two weeks for the correct color to come in. The delivery was scheduled but the dishwasher didn’t arrive. They said that it would come in two days later. I never received a call. I called them. The dishwasher had arrived at the store but no one called to set up delivery. I begged to be put on the schedule. I was told no. I have shopped exclusively at Bob Miller’s for the last 32 years. They have now lost my business. I am terribly disappointed.
