We have been a client of the Bob Masterson Agency for over 25 yrs (since I could first drive). John Tyson is our main contact along with Janine. We have all of our insurance with them. Our family has been doing business with State Farm Insurance since 1973 when we were Tom Masterson's clients. Since then we have dealt with his son Bob and in current events we mostly deal with John not to say that all of the staff at State Farm has been nothing but professional and courteous to us. I remember a few years back we had a terrible flood in our home. We had called John in a panic and he had people in our home within hours to remove water from our basement and assisted us with our claim. John has always been available to us when we need. The feel you get from this office is not only are you a long-term client but you are part of the State Farm Family. I highly recommend this office to anyone.
