Michelle was nice and came to see firsthand the problem we had with previous BMS CAT work. She went on the roof to personally assess the issue and kept continuous contact with me as the contractor completed the job. Upon completion, she checked to make sure I was satisfied with the work. It was a pleasure working with her.

DO NOT use this company. They do not warranty their work. I had my crawlspace encapsulated and a leakage in a bathroom "remediated." I am now having to have their work redone for the same cost I paid for it 3 years ago because they do not warranty. ANY other water remediation company will typically have a 10-15 year warranty, so do NOT use this one.

When my house caught fire, a man in an unmarked SUV was first on the scene. He was from Blackmon mooring. Strange. It got stranger when the FD decided to leave the scene after they thought the fire was out, and when the alarms started going off again, the Blackmon Mooring associate on the scene let it sound for fully 30 minutes more as he "didn't think anything of it." Posted this on YELP and a response was provided by the company, in which they claim that the fire dept was called immediately after signs of a second fire were noticed. However, that directly contradicts what is clearly written in the OFFICIAL FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORT. The Blackmon mooring official with whom the property was left LITERALLY IGNORED THE FIRE ALARM FOR 30 MINUTES, AND WAITED FOR SMOKE AND FLAMES. Clearly there's no legal obligation to call the fire dept, but there is a MORAL obligation that was ignored in the name of profiteering from another's loss. Your claim that the fire department was called immediately at the first sign of a fire (eg: the fire alarm) was ignored for "about 30 minutes". You can read the official fire department report yourself...I did. Your statement directly contradicts the official report. Nice try. I guess it's my opinion that a professional for a damage restoration company, who is on the scene of a house fire that was just put out, really ought to know the significance of a sounding fire alarm that starts going off soon after the fire department leaves. In any case, the subsequent fire destroyed the remaining 85% of my property not damaged by the initial fire, and so a huge hat tip to Blackmon Mooring for now knowing how a fire alarm device works. I am so happy to be relieved of all of my possessions. Life is a lot simpler now due to Blackmon Mooring.
