Like the subdivision, you can't go wrong with living in Blythwood. Always just a clean area .

I didn't take my clients to view the properties as they have no incentive for cash buyers!!! We utilized another builder who values cash buyers just as much as those utilizing the builder's preferred lender/attorney!! If you need financing, they are a nice option.
